Return & Refund Policy

  • Customers should check the product condition, model and visible contents after receiving the order.
  • Change-of-mind returns are not eligible for a cash refund.
  • Products that have been installed, used, physically damaged, modified or incorrectly handled are not eligible for a standard return.
  • Delivery, installation and payment-processing charges are normally non-refundable.
  • If the wrong product is delivered, an item is missing, or the product arrives visibly damaged, please contact YEYAY as soon as possible with photos, videos and order details.
  • Any remedy will be handled according to the product condition, warranty terms and applicable law.

Warranty Service Process

  • Warranty duration and coverage may vary by product, check the product page or warranty card.
  • Proof of purchase, order number, or warranty information may be required.
  • The customer may need to send or bring the product to YEYAY for inspection.
  • Inspection, repair or replacement processing usually takes around 5 to 15 working days after we receive the product.
  • Some cases may take longer if parts, supplier support, or detailed technical inspection are required.
  • YEYAY will update the customer when the service is completed.

Warranty Exclusions

  • Physical damage
  • Water or moisture damage (unless the product is officially rated for it)
  • Fire, voltage or electrical damage
  • Incorrect installation
  • Unauthorised repair or modification
  • Misuse or accidental damage
  • Lost keys, cards or accessories
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Battery or consumable issues, unless specifically covered
  • Damage caused by unsupported apps, accessories or third-party equipment
